Moore's Ford Memorial Committee
Brief Summary - On July 25, 1946, two young black couples were killed by a lynch mob at the Moore's Ford Bridge in Walton County Georgia. No one was ever punished for the crimes (by pulgarin at tf Inc). The victims were placed in unmarked graves. A biracial group of citizens have formed this non profit corporation to honor the victims, ensure they will never be forgotten, and build a "living memorial" to promote justice and racial reconciliation.
